Physio+10 focuses on trailblazing Physiotherapists and this conversation with Dr Jo Milios is an absolute corker. Jo’s career started in the dance and yoga spheres but a spinal condition closed this door. As so often happens it also opened another door of opportunity. Lead by curiosity and by funnelling her creativity, Jo moved into and it could be said, created a completely new realm of Physiotherapy services - that being Men’s Health.
